AdBlock+ and Firefox are the way to go!

Go to tools
Internet Options
privacy
Sites
block website

ok…go to your tools and then click to the first box wich says that you delete your browser sites and then click erase cookies etc(all, of them)

get add-aware and run it regularly.

It will remove all spyware and other malignant stuff like browser hackers. Should do the job.

What anti-virus , anit-spyware do you have in your computer? AVG. Good stuff and it’s free. That should take care of any pop ups

download adaware

and do a full system scan, you probably have a lot of spyware on your system

if you dont already i would also download:

Antivirus = AVG Free
Firewall = Zone alarm (make sure you download the correct one for your OP, IE windows vista or windows xp)
