i forgot to mention while i was away for 5 weeks the computer wasnt pluged in

and ive downloaded superantivirus and malware thing but no luck there seems to be less but there still there antivirus found around 31 cookies malware found 2 and norton found 2 ive also done a registry clean up of 703 dectets and optimized all my pc… any other solutions to my problem??
